Hello Grade three community,
Welcome to the 2nd last week of school; time flies, doesn't it! Reflecting back, there has been growth and development this year, which is so exciting to see. Today we had our science test. Having had marked them after school, I'm so happy to report that everyone did very well! Tomorrow we have our final multiplication/division test. Students will be given time to review beforehand, but I'm very confident that our lessons, games, and activities over the past month have helped students to fully grasp the concept of multiplication and division.
This Wednesday is Beach Day. We'll be leaving school at 10:00 am and returning to school by 2:30. Please see your child's agenda for a list of items needed for Wednesday. We're all looking forward to Beach Day!
Friday is Sports Day. Currently we are short of parent volunteers, which may lead to us having to decrease the number of sport stations played by the students. If you are able to help from 8:00-12:00 in any way possible, please email me ASAP. We want to make this day fun and exciting for our students!
Lastly, tomorrow FUEL Sport Day forms will be sent home. If you wish to order, please fill it out and send in the money by Wednesday.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask as I know there is a lot going on this week! Have a wonderful week,
Melissa Kullman
